Playing Race Riot

By selecting the agreement checkbox and Continue in the game, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not continue to use the game. These terms cover your personal use of Race Riot and the features available in your version. Features, supported devices and purchase availability may differ between releases.

Use the game lawfully and respect other players and the services it connects to. Do not use cheats, exploit purchases or rewards, interfere with services, impersonate another person or access an account without permission. Restrictions do not override activities permitted by applicable law or third-party software licences.

If you cannot enter into this agreement on your own under the law that applies to you, a parent or guardian should review the terms with you and provide any required permission. Store age ratings and parental controls still apply.

Game content and licences

The game, its original content and branding are protected by intellectual-property rights. Third-party assets, music, fonts and software remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and licences. Playing the game does not transfer ownership of that content to you.

For an App Store download, the applicable App Store licence also governs your use. These terms supplement, rather than replace, that licence. Where applicable, see Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement.

Purchases and virtual items

Race Riot is free to download. Optional in-app purchases may be offered through Apple’s App Store in supported versions. Review the item description and price shown by Apple before confirming a purchase. Purchases require the permission of the payment-account holder and any parental permission required by law.

Virtual currency, cars, upgrades and other virtual items are for use within the game. They are not real-world money or investments and are not offered for cash redemption or trading outside the game. Some items are consumed when used. Restoration and availability depend on the item type and the features supported by the release; do not assume that spent currency can be restored.

Apple processes purchases made through Apple In-App Purchase. For a missing item, contact Race Riot support. For App Store billing or a refund request, use Apple’s Report a Problem service. Eligibility depends on the purchase, store rules and applicable law; nothing here removes your statutory consumer rights.

Progress and access

Local game progress is stored on your device. Uninstalling the game, clearing its data or losing the device may affect that progress. Cloud backup, cross-device transfer and recovery are available only where expressly provided by the game. Contact support about missing purchased items; your statutory rights are not affected.

Keep your device and store account secure. Do not send passwords or authentication codes to support.

Updates and availability

Updates may fix problems or change content, compatibility and balance. Online services, if offered, may have interruptions. No uninterrupted availability or permanent support for every device is promised. Changes affecting purchased content remain subject to applicable consumer rights and store rules.

You can stop playing at any time. If a restriction on access is needed because of misuse, contact support with any questions about the restriction or a purchase. These terms do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Privacy is separate

The Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information. Accepting these terms is not consent to advertising, tracking or optional analytics. Any permissions or choices required for such processing must be handled separately.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, we will update the date above and provide notice or request renewed agreement where required by law. Changes do not remove rights already granted by applicable consumer law.
