Report a problem

Tell us what happened, what you expected, and how to reproduce it. Please include:

• Game version and build number, if shown.
• Device model and operating-system version.
• Game mode, track or screen where the problem occurred.
• A screenshot or short recording, if useful.

Remove personal information from attachments. Do not send passwords, full payment details or authentication codes. We will use your message to investigate and respond; response times can vary.

Purchases

Purchase availability depends on the game release. If a purchase was available and something went wrong, send the item name, approximate purchase date and the problem you saw. A redacted order confirmation can help identify the transaction. Never send card details.

Apple handles App Store payments. For billing or refund requests, visit Apple’s Report a Problem service. Consumable items, such as spent game currency, are not restored in the same way as non-consumable purchases.

Privacy and data requests

Use the same email address with the subject “Race Riot privacy request”. Describe what you would like to access, correct or delete. We may ask for the minimum information needed to verify that the request concerns your data; never send your password.
